Heard of Salesforce?

If you haven’t then get on the wagon. I just came back from DreamForce a few weeks ago, the biggest convention that Salesforce holds on a yearly basis in San Francisco, California. Needless to say, it was more than impressive and a great deal of money was spent putting the event together. However, I would be more than surprised if they did not make that money if not more back.

For those of you that do not know what Salesforce is, go to http://www.salesforce.com/
It is a cloud computing and SaaS provider and its awesome! Do all startups or companies need this? No! But it is nice to have I must admit. The startup company I work for Selas Technologies is OEM and ISV Partners with Salesforce.

What can Salesforce do for you? Well, basically anything! Want to create a cloud-based mobile app, “SF can do it”! Want to create a CRM system that allows for admin and client logins with a community portal? “SF can do it”! Basically, it business systems on steroids. Thanks to Salesforce’s persistence since 1999, they have grown to be a multi-billion dollar company that is now the 4th largest tech company! Their CEO Marc Benioff has lead the company to great and vast heights with little to virtually no signs of stopping.

What have they done lately or more like “who have they bought”?
